I was told I shouldn't take a breathalyzer. Is that true?
Our general advice to clients is never to take the breath test. However, we also advise refusing any field sobriety testing and refusing to make any statements (“why yes, officer, I drank a whole bunch”). If you can do all three, then yes, don’t take the breath test.Return to Faq
